"Horrible experience and incredibly rude customer interaction! I will never use State Farm again because of them. I have a perfectly clean driving record (no speeding tickets, no at fault wrecks, nothing), and been a loyal client for several years. My husband and I have completely separate policies. He got in a wreck months ago, and I was told absolutely nothing. A month ago, I was asked to sign a paper saying that he would not drive my car. No other information was given to me. I signed and sent back. All of a sudden, I am informed (after my husband called, not because they reached out) that my policy was being cancelled in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS! They would never have told me and just cancelled it with no communication. Kinda sexist that they think that owe me no communication over MY policy and should only speak to my husband. The customer service rep on the phone was also extremely unfriendly, uncooperative, and rude. She constantly interrupted me when I was talking and would not listen to anything I said. So done with State Farm! Their new jingle should be "Like a bad stranger, State Farm don't care." If they had a hashtag, it would be #statefarmsucks"
